A US provisional patent application, 64/138,972, was filed 2026-08-22, following review of roughly 250 prior-art documents.

Its final copy is being routed for patent-agent review before publication — Europe and China carry no grace period, so nothing about how the invention works is published here ahead of that review. What can already be said: it continues the thread below and the Belgian inventor’s distinction for that same work (Brussels, 2003) — see the background timeline and credential record.

Not patented — real engineering and product-design work between the 2003 distinction and the 2026 filing, published with CAD, blueprints and build photos.
