Löyly Spa had à-la-carte pricing and no bundled overnight offer. The goal: design a packaged product, launch it on a small budget, and prove the return against actual bookings — not platform-reported conversions.
Designed a bundled Spa & Stay product, then built the acquisition funnel around the offer itself — the package structure set targeting, channel mix, creative and budget, not the reverse. Launched with a $1,654 test budget on Meta.
$1,654 spent → $20,072 in bookings reconciled by hand against the appointment book, not pixel-attributed conversions. A 12× return, verified against the till rather than the ad platform's own claimed conversions.
Any operator with a bookable service and no bundled offer can run the same play: design the package first, let it set the media plan, and reconcile by hand — pixel attribution alone would have understated or misattributed this result.
