2019–2020 · Golden Lake, Ontario

Golden Lake home

A new home, built from scratch, right after the resort sold.

“In 2019 I’ve started new construction. Building finished in early 2020,” in Alexander’s own words — a separate project from the resort, on a waterfront lot on Golden Lake.

The home framed and roofed, on a waterfront lot with the lake directly behind it, utilities being laid.

The home fully framed and roofed, Tyvek HomeWrap on and taped, windows installed, siding not yet started.

The finished home on a rock-walled waterfront lot, winter.
